We recently faced a scam effort from some unkown individuals and group who tired to use our company name, phone number, email addresses, physical location, website and social media profiles to misguide people in Bangladesh that’s why we published this scam alert .
They claimed that they belong to ‘Beyond Bracket Digital Marketing company’, and offered people easy-earn-money scheme by liking, subscribing, following some social media pages and YouTube channels.
Once we noticed these criminal activities being conducted by partially using our agency name and at the expense of our reputations, we went to the police station and logdged a ‘general diary‘. But, we had also been replying to people’s queries regarding our involvement in this scam efforts whenever the possible victims asked us. We had also shown a pop-up message on our website in this regard. After filing the ‘general diary’, we also circulated it on our social media pages and this post is being published on the same note.

English Translation of General Diary With Police Station
I am (*****), NID (*****), Father- (*****), Post: (), Upazila: (*****), Present Address- (*****). I currently hold the position of Managing Director and CEO at Beyond Bracket Limited. Company Address: House No- 42, Road No- 5, Block- E, Banasree, Dhaka 1219.
During the last two days (01/02/2024-02/02/2024), we received communications from several individuals (*****) via calls and messages on our company’s official WhatsApp number (01790111871). They forwarded us various screenshots and messages concerning online earning opportunities. These individuals revealed that the wrongdoers, posing as representatives of Beyond Bracket Digital Marketing Company, approached them. Moreover, they were offering effortless earning/work proposals.
Following inquiries from the potential targets, we have discovered that certain fraudulent individuals are exploiting our company’s name (Beyond Bracket Limited), address (House 42, Road 5, Block E, Banasree, Dhaka 1219), and website address (https://beyondbracket.com/) to allure individuals into online earning schemes.
The fraud individuals, using the following contact numbers (01831-737217, 01326-024071, 01812-408463, 01301-140359, 01874-998096, 01764-819126, 01607-219690), initially instructs potential target clients to subscribe, like, and comment on various YouTube channels. They promise swift earnings ranging from 100 to 500 taka through services such as bKash or other mediums. After the initial stage, they convince the target clients into investing varying amounts, pledging substantial profits within a short timeframe. For such fraudulent activities, these individuals are using WhatsApp, Telegram, and other online platforms.
Our company refrains from participating in any kind of harassing activities. We specialize in making business websites, mobile apps, and delivering digital marketing services, all of which are thoroughly explained on our website. Upon identifying such deceitful activities, we have reiterated our position through our company website, Facebook page, and LinkedIn page.
We do not provide any enticing online job opportunities or earning proposals. When it comes to recruitment, we consistently utilise specific official phone numbers, email address, our website, and official Facebook page, as well as other social media platforms.
Given the circumstances, I urge for the collective maintenance of a shared log to address the misuse of our company’s name, address, website, and other pertinent details by fraudulent individuals in deceiving ordinary individuals.

গত দুদিন (01/02/2024-02/02/2024) যাবত কয়েকজন ব্যক্তি (*****) আমাদের কোম্পানির অফিসিয়াল হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নাম্বারে (01790111871) কল এবং মেসেজ দিয়ে তাদের কাছে পাঠানো অনলাইনে আয়ের প্রলোভন সংক্রান্ত স্ক্রিনশট, মেসেজ শেয়ার করে। তারা আমাদের জানায় যে, বিয়ন্ড ব্রাকেট ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং (Beyond Bracket Digital Marketing) কোম্পানিটি আমরা কিনা। তাছাড়া আমরা এধরনের সহজে আয়ের/কাজের প্রস্তাব দিচ্ছি কিনা।
সম্ভাব্য টার্গেট ভোক্তভুগীদের কাছ থেকে জানার পর আমরা বিষয়টি নিয়ে অধিকতর খোজখবর নেয়ার পর বুঝতে পারি যে, কতিপয় অসাধু ব্যক্তি আমাদের কোম্পানির নাম (Beyond Bracket Limited), ঠিকানা (House 42, Road 5, Block E, Banasree, Dhaka 1219), ওয়েবসাইট এড্রেস (https://beyondbracket.com/) ব্যবহার করে লোকজনকে অনলাইনে আয়ের জন্য প্রলোভন দেখাচ্ছে।
ওই অসাধু ব্যক্তিরা এসব নাম্বার থেকে (01831-737217, 01326-024071, 01812-408463, 01301-140359, 01874-998096, 01764-819126, 01607-219690) প্রথমে সম্ভাব্য টার্গেট ভোক্তভুগীদেরকে কিছু ইউটিউব চ্যানেল সাবস্ক্রাইব, লাইক, কমেন্ট ইত্যাদি করতে বলছে। যার প্রেক্ষিতে তারা বিকাশ বা অন্য মাধ্যমে দ্রুত ১০০-৫০০ টাকা পর্যন্ত আয় হিসেবে দিচ্ছে। তারপর, অসাধু ব্যক্তিরা টার্গেট ভোক্তভুগীদেরকে বিভিন্ন রকম অংকের টাকা ইনভেস্ট করতে প্ররোচিত করছে এই বলে যে, খুব অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে বড় রকমের প্রফিটসহ টাকা ফেরত দিবে। এই সব অপরাধমূলক কর্মকান্ড পরিচালনার জন্য অসাধু ব্যক্তিরা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, টেলিগ্রামসহ বিভিন্ন অনলাইন মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করছে।
আমাদের কোম্পানি এ ধরনের কোনোরকম প্রতারণামূলক কর্মকান্ডের সাথে জড়িত নয়। আমাদের ব্যবসা ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপস-সহ নানারকম সফটওয়্যার ডেভলপ করা এবং ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সেবা দেয়া যা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে বিস্তারিত ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে। প্রতারণা অপচেষ্টার বিষয়টি নজরে আসার সাথে সাথে আমাদের কোম্পানি ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক পেজ, লিংকইন পেইজ থেকে আমাদের অবস্থান ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।
আমরা কাউকেই এরকম প্রলোভনমূলক অনলাইন চাকরি বা আয়ের জন্য প্রস্তাব দেই না। নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে সবসময় অফিসিয়াল নাম্বার, ইমেইল ঠিকানা, ওয়েবসাইট এবং অফিসিয়াল ফেসবুক পেইজসহ অন্যান্য সোস্যাল মিডিয়া ব্যবহার করা হয়।
এমতাবস্থায়, যেসব অসাধু ব্যক্তি আমাদের কোম্পানির নাম, ঠিকানা, ওয়েবসাইট ঠিকানা ইত্যাদি ব্যবহার করে আমাদের সুনাম নষ্ট করাসহ সাধারণ মানুষকে ধোকা দেয়ার চেষ্টা করছে। তাই, এই বিষয়ে একটি সাধারণ ডায়েরি করার জন্য অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি।
