About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Digital Marketer to join our growing team at Beyond Bracket Ltd. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their journey in digital marketing who wants to build a strong career in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet ROI targets
Work with creative and marketing teams to align messaging
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
Support customer service and lead follow-ups
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
Explore and apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for insights and efficiency
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing & ad tech trends

Qualifications

Strong motivation to build a career in digital marketing/media buying
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Platform
Understanding of digital channels (Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.)
Knowledge of websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, and other digital tools
Regular user of AI tools and updated with trends in AI & marketing tech
Completed online/offline digital marketing or related training/courses (encouraged to apply even if no formal work experience)
1 year of experience preferred (not mandatory)
