La Vie Immigration Services Inc. is a Canada-based immigration and study permit consultancy firm. They approached us to transform their outdated website into a modern, responsive, and conversion-friendly platform. The previous website, built on a premade WordPress theme, lacked visual consistency, user-friendly navigation, and professional appeal. Our team at Beyond Bracket Ltd. redesigned the full UI/UX from scratch and implemented the site using WordPress with Elementor Pro.

The client needed a website that would elevate their online brand image, streamline lead capture, and facilitate both free and paid consultation bookings. It was important that the new website could be easily managed by their team, while being fast, mobile-optimized, and visually appealing.

Requirement
One of the biggest hurdles was convincing the client of how an outdated website was negatively impacting their credibility. The old site had inconsistent content structure, weak visual appeal, and no clear user flow. Additionally, there were technical limitations within the theme that made updates risky and complex.

We first created wireframes and mockups based on the client’s preferred references, ensuring approvals on a page-by-page basis. We backed up the entire old site before transferring. The content was rewritten for clarity and brand alignment. We added custom visuals and improved structure for better engagement. Finally, we integrated a scheduling tool and Go High Level CRM to manage leads effectively.
