About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer with deep experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, campaign management, tracking, analytics, and performance-based optimization. The candidate should be able to plan and execute paid campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Conduct detailed audience research, competitor analysis, and segmentation.
Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and improve ROAS.
Develop funnel strategies for eCommerce, lead generation, and brand growth.
Collaborate with design & content teams to produce high-impact creatives.
Track pixel events, conversions, and improve attribution accuracy.
Support SEO, Google Ads, landing page testing, and content strategy when needed.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Experience

1.5–3+ years of practical experience in Meta / Facebook Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, retargeting, and optimization.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Business Manager.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization and GA4.
Strong copywriting and analytical reporting skills.
Bonus: Experience in Google Ads, SEO, or TikTok Ads.
Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills.

Salary Range

BDT 20,000 – 30,000 per month
(Compensation will be based on skills and experience)

Work Schedule

On-site, Full-Time
5 working days: Sunday–Thursday
Weekly holidays: Friday & Saturday
