Position Overview
We’re hiring an AI Agent Developer Intern to support our team in building, testing, and improving AI-powered workflows and automation systems.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about AI agents, LLMs, automation tools, APIs, and how AI can solve real business problems. You do not need to be an expert, but you should have strong learning ability, problem-solving interest, and a willingness to work with modern AI tools.
You will assist the team in researching AI use cases, creating workflows, testing automation ideas, improving prompts, and helping build AI-assisted systems for marketing, operations, content, research, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
As an AI Agent Developer Intern at Beyond Bracket, you will:
- Research AI tools, AI agents, automation platforms, and practical business use cases
- Assist in building and testing AI-powered workflows
- Work with prompts, structured outputs, and AI task instructions
- Help create automation systems using tools like ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, APIs, and other platforms
- Support the team in developing AI-assisted processes for research, marketing, lead generation, content, and operations
- Test AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and practical usability
- Document workflows, prompts, tools, and testing results clearly
- Help connect different tools and platforms through automation logic
- Identify problems in existing workflows and suggest improvements
- Work closely with the development, marketing, and operations teams

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a fresh graduate, final-year student, or early learner interested in AI and automation
- Has a strong interest in AI tools, AI agents, automation, or software workflows
- Has basic understanding of programming, logic, or technical problem-solving
- Is comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Notion, or other online platforms
- Has basic knowledge of APIs, automation tools, or no-code platforms
- Can research, test, and document workflows properly
- Has good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Is eager to learn, take feedback, and work with a team
- Can work from our office in Dhaka
- Bonus points if you:
- Have used Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Notion, or Google Apps Script
- Have basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, APIs, or webhooks
- Understand prompt engineering or structured AI outputs
- Have experimented with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or other AI tools
- Have built any small automation, chatbot, AI workflow, or personal productivity system
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: BDT 10,000/month
- Work Type: On-site, full-time (Banasree, Dhaka)
