AI Video Production and Digital Marketing
About Project
This AI video production case study shows how Beyond Bracket plans, generates, edits, and publishes short-form video for Aleya Group, an established animal feed brand in Bangladesh. The group began in 1993, has made poultry, fish, and cattle feed through Aleya Feeds Ltd. since 2003, and runs depots across the country. We have supported Aleya Group’s digital marketing for several years, and we also rebuilt the group’s website in Laravel.
For roughly the past year, we have added AI-assisted video production to that work. Aleya Group needs a steady flow of product and brand videos for Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, and each video has to explain a feed product clearly to the farmers who use it. Filming every one of those ideas with a crew would take far more time and budget, so we built a hybrid workflow that pairs generative tools with human strategy, editing, and review.
Anyone can type a prompt into a video generator. The value for Aleya Group comes from the work around that step, including topic research, scripting, storyboards, human editing, quality control, client approval, and distribution. This case study walks through that workflow, the tools behind it, and what the brand gets from it.
Project Highlights:
- AI-assisted short-form video production for an established animal feed brand
- Product videos, UGC-style videos, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style content
- A nine-stage workflow that runs from topic research to publishing
- Human editing and supervisor quality control before any client review
- Videos made for organic posting, with selected pieces promoted through paid campaigns

Animal feed is not an easy product to show on camera. One bag of feed looks much like another, and the difference a good feed makes appears over weeks on a farm rather than in a single shot. Aleya Group needed video that could turn product benefits, feeding practices, and brand values into content that farmers stop scrolling to watch.
The brand also needed volume and consistency. The brief was to keep Aleya Group visible across social platforms with a regular flow of short-form video for its poultry, fish, and cattle feed lines, without planning a film shoot for every idea. Each video had to work as an organic post and be ready to support paid promotion when a campaign called for it.
Key Requirements:
- Improve product and brand visibility on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Explain feed products and their benefits clearly in short-form formats
- Publish consistently without letting the content feel repetitive
- Create videos that work as organic posts and as paid campaign creatives
- Prepare every video in the right format and aspect ratio for each platform
- Keep product representation accurate and branding consistent in every video
Requirement
Generative video tools are powerful, but their raw output is rarely ready to publish. Style can drift from one clip to the next, product details can come out wrong, and footage that looks obviously synthetic can weaken trust in an established brand. For a company whose customers rely on its feed to raise healthy animals, accuracy matters more than novelty.
Volume brought a second challenge. Posting often across several platforms means finding fresh angles for the same product lines month after month. The tools also change quickly, with new video and voice models arriving regularly, so the workflow could not depend on any single platform.
Key Challenges:
- Turning generated clips into polished videos with a consistent look
- Keeping product details and messaging accurate in every scene
- Finding new creative angles for the same product lines without repeating ideas
- Avoiding the artificial look that can undermine a long-standing brand
- Matching tone, pacing, and language to the farmers each video is made for
- Staying flexible as video and voice models keep changing
Challenge
Beyond Bracket runs Aleya Group’s video content through a hybrid production model. Our team handles strategy, storytelling, editing, and quality control, while generative tools create the scenes that would otherwise need a crew, a location, and a shoot day. Every video passes through the same nine stages.
Planning Every Video Before Anything Is Generated
Each video starts with research into product stories, customer-relevant themes, campaign opportunities, and creative concepts, so the content stays fresh. Once a topic is chosen, we develop the concept and script, including the hook, product positioning, scene-by-scene narrative, dialogue or voiceover, and a call to action suited to each platform. We then turn the script into a storyboard that sets out the scenes, camera perspectives, product placement, characters and settings, transitions, on-screen text, and voiceover timing.
Producing Scenes and Voiceovers with a Flexible Tool Stack
With the storyboard in place, we generate the images and video scenes the story needs. Our stack is deliberately flexible. Depending on the shot, we may work with Google’s Gemini and Veo models, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling AI, Luma, Pika, OpenAI’s image and video models, or newer platforms we are testing. When a video needs narration or dialogue, we produce the voiceover with ElevenLabs or another voice model that suits the tone, pacing, and language of the piece.
Our work with brands in North America and Europe also shapes this account. For those clients we produce AI UGC videos, DTC product videos, and social ad creatives, and each new brief tends to bring a new model or technique. We evaluate these as they appear, and the ones that hold up become part of the workflow we use for Aleya Group.
Human Editing, Quality Control, and Client Approval
Generated footage is only the starting point. Depending on the piece, our editors remove artifacts, combine and trim clips, fix timing and pacing, adjust transitions, sync the voiceover, and add music, sound effects, subtitles, product information, and Aleya Group’s branding. They then export each version in the right aspect ratio for its platform.
A supervisor reviews every video for visual quality, brand consistency, product representation, messaging, script accuracy, voiceover, editing, and platform fit, and corrections are made before anything goes to the client. Aleya Group reviews the finished video, we handle any revisions, and only approved videos are published. From there, videos run as organic posts, get reused across platforms as product-awareness assets, and, when a campaign calls for it, support paid social campaigns.
Our Approach:
- Topic research and ideation to find fresh product stories and campaign angles
- Concept development and scripting with hooks, narratives, and calls to action
- Storyboarding and shot planning for scenes, product placement, and timing
- Image and video generation with a flexible mix of current models
- Human editing and post-production for polish, pacing, and branding
- Supervisor quality control on visuals, messaging, and product accuracy
- Client review and revisions before final approval
- Publishing for organic reach, cross-platform reuse, and paid promotion
Solutions
Aleya Group now has a dependable system for short-form video. The brand can move from idea to approved video through a repeatable process instead of planning a shoot for each concept, which leaves more room to test new creative angles across its poultry, fish, and cattle feed lines. Every finished video can serve as an organic post, a reusable product asset, or a paid campaign creative, so the library keeps its value even when a video is never promoted.
For Beyond Bracket, the engagement shows how generative video works best in practice. The tools speed up production, but the quality of the result depends on research, clear scripts, careful editing, and strict review. That combination is what lets an established manufacturer use new technology while protecting the trust it has built over more than three decades.
Results at a Glance:
| Area | Measure | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Content production | AI videos produced to date | 16 videos (since June 2026) |
| Organic content | Views and reach on unpaid posts | 37,761 total views |
| Engagement on unpaid posts | 50 avg. engagements per post | |
| Paid content | Results from promoted videos | 2 engagement campaigns run to date — 271 engagements in 24 hrs for $2, and 271 engagements over 2 days for $3 (avg. 400 engagements per paid post) |
| Brand visibility | Follower or audience growth | +103 followers in 28 days (44,827 → 44,930) |
| Production efficiency | Time or cost vs. traditional shoots | ~2 days avg. turnaround per video |
Paid figures reflect two engagement campaigns run to date. Organic and paid engagement use different measures and aren’t directly comparable.
Key Outcomes:
- A repeatable nine-stage workflow for short-form feed product videos
- Consistent content output without a film shoot for every idea
- Product benefits explained in short, platform-ready formats
- A growing video library for organic posting, reuse, and paid promotion

Final Outcome
If your brand needs more product video than traditional shoots can realistically deliver, this is the model we use. We handle the research, scripts, generation, editing, quality control, and approvals, so your team reviews finished videos instead of managing a production. It runs on the same pipeline as our video editing and motion graphics service, and you can see more of our work in the video gallery. Book a call and we will walk you through the workflow.
Question - Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is AI video production?
AI video production uses generative tools to create images, video scenes, and voiceovers from scripts and prompts. In a professional workflow, those tools sit inside a normal production process. People still research the topic, write the script, plan the shots, edit the footage, and check the result before it is published.
2. Do AI-generated videos still need human editors?
In most cases, yes. Generated clips can include visual artifacts, inconsistent styling, or product details that need correcting. Our editors combine clips, fix timing and pacing, sync voiceovers, add subtitles and branding, and prepare a version for each platform. A supervisor then checks quality and accuracy before the client sees the video.
3. Which AI video tools does Beyond Bracket use?
We choose tools by task instead of relying on one platform. Our stack includes Google’s Gemini and Veo models, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling AI, Luma, Pika, OpenAI’s image and video models, and ElevenLabs for voiceovers. Because these models change quickly, we keep testing new ones and add them to our workflow when they improve the result.
4. Can AI-generated videos be used in paid social campaigns?
Yes, as long as they follow each platform’s advertising and AI disclosure rules. The same video can run as an organic post or a paid creative on Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok, and we prepare the aspect ratios, captions, and calls to action for each placement. Videos that are not promoted still work as organic brand and product content.
5. How do you keep AI videos accurate and on-brand?
Accuracy is built into the workflow. The script and storyboard define what each scene should show, editors correct anything the tools get wrong, and a supervisor reviews product representation, messaging, and branding before the client review. The client then approves every video before it is published.
6. Do you produce AI UGC and product videos for brands outside Bangladesh?
Yes. Alongside Bangladeshi brands like Aleya Group, we produce AI UGC videos, DTC product videos, and social ad creatives for clients in North America and Europe. The same planning, editing, and review process applies whichever market the brand sells in.
