As we grow, we are investing in the people and systems that keep our clients delighted and our production running smoothly across time zones. We are establishing our customer success function from the ground up, and we are looking for someone to both design it and lead it day to day.

Position Overview

This is a remote customer success and operations role working US/EU/UK hours from anywhere of the world. It is a build-and-operate position: rather than inheriting an existing playbook, you will create one. You will serve as the central link between our customers and our video editing team, while leading and supporting the members of our team who work US/UK/EU hours. The role bridges our South Asia operations and our North American, UK, EU clients, keeping communication smooth and customers well served.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the customer success function, including processes, playbooks, and structure
  • Manage day-to-day communication between customers and our video editing team
  • Supervise and support team members working US, CA and EU hours
  • Coordinate between our South Asia workforce and operations to keep both aligned
  • Own customer relationships across the US, Canada and EU, driving satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and resolve issues before they affect the customer experience

Qualifications

  • A genuine drive to learn and grow – early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Background or interest in customer success, account management, operations, marketing, or a related customer-facing field
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and people-management abilities
  • Comfort working both strategically and hands-on
  • Availability to work US/UK/EU business hours on an overnight schedule from South Asia

Technical & remote work requirements

  • A high-configuration personal computer capable of handling video files, communication tools, and multitasking smoothly
  • High-speed, high-bandwidth internet connection with reliable uptime
  • A backup internet or power solution to maintain availability during the shift
  • A quiet, professional remote working environment
