About Beyond Bracket Ltd.
Beyond Bracket Ltd. is a web development, software, and digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We build websites, custom software, and marketing campaigns for clients both in Bangladesh and internationally. Video is a fast-growing part of what we deliver – social media video ads, YouTube content, Reels, and Shorts for our clients across industries. That’s why we’re expanding our in-house video editing team, and why this junior video editor position in Dhaka is open right now.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Video Editor at Beyond Bracket, your day-to-day work will focus on short-form and long-form video content for real client campaigns:
- Creating high-converting, scroll-stopping social media video advertisements with motion graphics
- Producing YouTube videos for our clients
- Editing YouTube clips, Reels, and Shorts
- Developing edits, transitions, and presentation styles that capture and hold viewer attention across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Identifying the assets, cuts, and hooks that stop the scroll and drive real results – views, leads, and conversions
If you’re building a video editing career in Bangladesh and want hands-on experience with performance-driven content rather than one-off freelance gigs, this role gives you exactly that.
What We’re Looking For
We keep our requirements practical. Here’s what actually matters for this video editing job:
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator
- A strong creative sense for what stops the scroll and holds viewer attention
- Confident, self-directed use of AI tools – ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and relevant AI design and editing tools – to genuinely improve your workflow speed and output quality. We mean daily productivity, not occasional queries.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. This is a key deciding factor for us.
- Relevant practical experience, whether formal or self-taught
Bonus: Working knowledge of CapCut.
Not required: A university degree, formal educational qualifications, or a pre-submitted portfolio. We assess every applicant the same way – through a test task.
Why This Role Is Different From Most Job Circulars in Dhaka
Most video editor job circulars in Bangladesh ask for degrees, years of agency experience, and polished showreels before you even get a reply. We do the opposite. We give every serious applicant a practical test task and judge the work itself. If your edit is good and delivered on time, you move forward – regardless of where you learned your craft.
We’re also moving fast. This position will close within 15 days, and we’ll finalize the hire as soon as we find the right two people.
Salary and Benefits
Salary and benefits are negotiable based on your skills and experience. Show us strong work in the test task and the conversation gets easier.
