What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Video Editor at Beyond Bracket, your day-to-day work will focus on short-form and long-form video content for real client campaigns:
- Creating high-converting, scroll-stopping social media video advertisements with motion graphics
- Producing YouTube videos for our clients
- Editing YouTube clips, Reels, and Shorts
- Developing edits, transitions, and presentation styles that capture and hold viewer attention across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Identifying the assets, cuts, and hooks that stop the scroll and drive real results – views, leads, and conversions

What We’re Looking For
We keep our requirements practical. Here’s what actually matters for this video editing job:
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator
- A strong creative sense for what stops the scroll and holds viewer attention
- Confident, self-directed use of AI tools – ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and relevant AI design and editing tools – to genuinely improve your workflow speed and output quality. We mean daily productivity, not occasional queries.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. This is a key deciding factor for us.
- Relevant practical experience, whether formal or self-taught
